As it is widely known by now, Kajol plays a lawyer in the web series. In an interview with a leading entertainment portal, the actor was recently quizzed as to who would she like to play her lawyer in a movie – husband Ajay Devgn or close friend Shah Rukh Khan.
Without batting an eyelid, the actor said hands down she would chose SRK, since he is such a smooth talker and can talk her out of anything. She even jokingly said that withSRK around, he won’t even need any dialogues and would probably boast about it, saying that he can do it just like that…
Talking about Trial…, Kajol recently said that she did not have to prepare too much for her role of Noyonika Sengupta as the script provided her an in depth detail about the same.
Talking about Noyonika, Kajol said: “The graph of Noyonika from the first episode to the last is very good. From a vulnerable state to where she reaches in the end, her personal journey has been portrayed very nicely.”
‘The Trial: Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha’ is an Indian Adaptation of the US series ‘The Good Wife’. It is a story of a housewife who is forced to return to work as a lawyer after her husband’s public scandal puts him behind bars.
